I do this by analyzing data on similar homes that have recently sold. Once your offer gets accepted, I’ll prepare you for and walk you through each step of the purchase process, from finding a lender, to completing inspections and getting quotes from contractors, to negotiating seller concessions based on these, to purchasing homeowner’s insurance, and completing the final signing for transfer of title. I will make everything as easy and transparent as possible.

I wrote this article to share how I got started in my real estate investing journey. I now know how to find a property with long-term growth potential, rehab it if needed, find good tenants, and manage the property without hiring an expensive property management company. I managed my two duplexes and condo myself from the San Francisco Bay Area, where I lived and worked for 13 years before returning to Salt Lake City in 2023.
